We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the best feature for us as it was situated in the heart of the city and on the main road. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy its attractions. Moreover, this hotel is in a posh area of the city, adding to the convenience and appeal of the location. Additionally, we found it very easy to reach this hotel from the rail station or airport via a taxi. The staff was also very helpful and responsive, making our stay even more pleasant.

The staff was HELPFUL and made our stay good. The hotel was conveniently located, within easy ride from Chandigarh airport. Within walking distance of Whistling Duck, where you can have lunch.

Secondly, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, from storing my extra luggage to arranging services outside of the hotel. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with great facilities. The comfortable beds and well-functioning showers made my stay truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the attention to detail in providing basic amenities like water and coffee whenever I needed them. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the bus stand and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms were well-maintained and decorated beautifully, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. the hotel offered a variety of dining options, including a Chinese and Continental restaurant, an Indian and Mughlai cuisine restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar serving various liquors.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with dirty bed linens that had holes, and bathrooms that still had used shampoo sachets from previous guests.
